About the Role

We are seeking a Business Value Engineer who will advise our customers on engineering transformations, enable partner-led solutions at scale, and shape our product roadmap through real-world insights. Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Value Delivery
   • Partner with customers to identify core engineering challenges and craft high-impact solutions that drive immediate and long-term ROI.
   • Provide consultative guidance, ensuring every recommendation supports business objectives and tangible outcomes.
2. Partner Enablement & Scale
   • Collaborate with leading consultancies and technology partners to design Faros-based offerings that accelerate and standardize engineering transformations for their end clients.
   • Develop best practices, technical toolkits, and training resources to empower partners at scale.
3. Field Insights & Product Steering
   • Capture real-world learnings from customer and partner engagements to influence our product direction.
   • Champion new features or enhancements that address evolving market needs and drive platform adoption.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in a customer/partner-facing technical or consulting role for a SaaS product, including complex implementations.
2. Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
