About the Role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive high-impact outcomes for our customers by delivering technical solutions, uncovering engineering challenges, and helping shape the future of the Faros platform. You’ll work directly with prospects and customers—from execs to engineers—owning solutions end-to-end, from problem discovery through  design and technical implementation. This is a quota-carrying role working with Account Executives, where you’ll blend hands-on development with consultative strategy to help engineering organizations operate with clarity, velocity, and measurable ROI.

Required Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in technical solution delivery, ideally in customer-facing roles involving complex SaaS or data platform implementations.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales or software engineering with the ability to prototype and productionize lightweight integrations.
  3. Hands-on experience with data tooling, AI coding assistants and analytics platforms.
  4. Strong communication skills to engage both executive stakeholders and engineering teams in pre- and post-sales..
  5. Demonstrated ability to translate customer objectives into actionable technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
