About FAROS AI, INC.

Faros AI is helping build the engineering organizations of the future. Most engineering organizations today have a very loose grasp of their operations. This is because of the extreme fragmentation of the modern tech stack and resulting silo-ed data sources that makes it non-trivial to answer even simple questions about engineering processes and outcomes. With Faros AI, we aim to change this.

Faros AI is an operational data platform that brings all engineering data in one place to give engineering leaders a single-pane view of their entire software development lifecycle, and we are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial individual to drive growth and deepen partnerships across one of three key areas: ISVs, Consulting Partners, and Systems Integrators. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you play a critical role in building relationships, aligning strategies, and delivering impactful outcomes that expand Faros AI’s influence across the software engineering landscape.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in target markets.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, go-to-market, and partnership strategies.
  3. Identify and prioritize opportunities for mutual value creation with partners.
  4. Lead joint initiatives that integrate Faros AI’s platform into broader ecosystems.
  5. Represent Faros AI in strategic discussions, building long-term alliances.
  6. Drive measurable impact through co-innovation and thought leadership efforts.

  2. You value being part of a team. At Faros, we believe in winning as a team. Our guiding principle is to act in the best interests of the team, with the belief that all else will follow.
  3. You’re always learning. Start-ups are rapidly evolving businesses. There will constantly be new scenarios and technical challenges coming your way, and you have to thrive in all the new learnings.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of industry experience working with Global System Integrators, Consulting Companies, or ISV partners.
