About the Role

As the first in-house Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This position requires a keen understanding of various recruitment strategies, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to finding the best talent available in the marketplace. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates. Additionally, you will maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through effective networking and outreach efforts. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with executives/hiring managers to define profiles and tradeoffs.
• Build and iterate sourcing lists; run campaigns on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring panel members.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to source candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.
